- I don't have any typing skills, can I still take the training?
Yes, you will be taught typing online. By the end of the training you will be expected (and will be able) to type 35 words per minute with 5 errors or less.
- When does the next class start?
We do not have exact dates to post. We generally start 1 class per month. As a class is filled dates will be set and applicants with completed admissions will be notified.
- Does the VBTC guarantee job placement?
The VBTC does not guarantee job placement. We will help bring employers to your job fair and try to help you with placement. We are a school that teaches you how to become a virtual call center agent or supervisor.
- Is there an option to do training other than 10 AM to 6 PM EST?
Currently we only offer full time training during these hours. We plan in the future to be able to provide part time training for those veterans who need this type of training.
