What is the Chapter 31 Vocational Rehabilitation and Employment Program (VR&E)?

This program's primary function is to help veterans who have service connected disabilities become suitably employed, maintain employment, or achieve independance in daily living. If desiring to attend college, you are eligible to have your entire tuition, books, and fees paid for when approved by the VR&E rep. In addition, you are also eligible for a monthly stipend for you and your eligible dependents. Call 1-800-827-1000 for more info.
