Cars and trucks are the most commonly donated items but boats, motorcycles, RV's, and aircraft are also accepted in most cases. The vehicle does not have to be in running condition but it must be free of liens and you must be in possession of the title. As PHC is a non-profit program, the Purple Heart issues a tax deductible donation receipt to all donors for tax purposes.
