What is Purple Heart Services (PHS)?

Purple Heart Services, owned by the MOPHSF, entails a variety of programs and services, all dedicated to combat wounded and disabled veterans.  Within Purple Heart Services are various additional programs such as a for-hire call center which through contracts with outside companies provide employment for combat wounded and disabled veterans who are trained through other PHS programs.  This call center is called the Purple Heart Call Center (PHCC).

PHS provides a variety of training options for disabled veterans as well as their spouses to include contact center / call center operations as well as help-desk service and support.  All training is done remotely, meaning all students train from their homes via appropriate computer equipment and high-speed internet access.  Our training programs standards not only meet many industry standards but typically exceed them resulting in a highly trained graduate.  Some graduates stay within PHS and work in other PHS programs such as the PHCC while others migrate on to other companies or organizations – the choice is theirs.

Purple Heart Services does not stop at just training disabled veterans to work in the call center environment (either with PHCC or through outside sources) but also has other job opportunities for those veterans such as Purple Heart Radio and Purple Heart Cars.  Purple Heart Radio is an internet radio station, broadcasting 24/7.  Purple Heart Cars as a whole processes donations of unused vehicles to the MOPHSF. 

As a whole, Purple Heart Services is quickly summarized as a division of programs within the MOPHSF created for veterans by veterans.  Through these veterans hard work, other disabled veterans worldwide are receiving education and employment opportunities enabling them to establish and maintain a successful career, all the while working from home.
