The application process for any of our training programs is relatively simple yet can require several steps to be completed before admission into a program which can create confusion. To help you in this process the admissions team has created two extremely helpful tools to keep you on track and informed as you move forward towards completing your application.App Trac
A built-in feature of our database called App Trac allows you access to your initial student application as well as showing you what has been received and processed by the admission staff.
To log into App Trac go to www.vvti.org and click App Trac in the applicant section on the far left side of the page. You will need your student ID and the email address you used when you registered for this course.
Forgot your Student ID?
If you have forgotten your Student ID you can click "Retrieve ID" from the Applicants section. You will need to provide your last name and your email address. The system will automatically send your information to your email address. Please be sure to check your email after submission of this request. If you do not receive an email within a reasonable amount of time (15-30 minutes) be sure to check your bulk/junk mail.
Wrong email address and forgot your Student ID?
If you have a wrong email addresses and have forgotten your student ID please send an email to admissions@vvti.org requesting a change in your record with your first and last name, old email, and new email addresses.
