The Purple Heart Call Center is an international contact center / call center and help desk consulting firm. From inception to completion PHCC provides customized business solutions to companies both large and small to include market research, appointment setting, lead generation, Tier 1 and Tier 2 help desk services, CRM and database management resulting in an end-product solution.
