WebTrain is an online conferencing tool used by all divisions of Purple Heart Services to conduct meetings and training sessions.  WebTrain is a very versatile conferencing tool allowing full interaction between participants – with full audio and visual support.  Presentations are easily shown using PowerPoint or other multimedia to include pictures, movies, recordings, etc.  The classroom environment allows customized interaction between its participants being highly interactive or restrictive depending on how each room is setup.  This allows members to comment on and contribute to an overall idea or activity but ensuring the instructor remains in control of their class and classroom. 

In order for participants to join a WebTrain meeting and use its features a free one-time software download must be accomplished.  Although users can do this at the moment they would like to join the meeting, it is frequently requested that all participants pre-download and install the software so as to not be rushed and to rule out any technical issues which may arise.  Please find the attached PDF document with detailed step-by-step instructions on how to accomplish the download and installation of WebTrain.
