You can apply for Vocational Rehabilitation and Employment benefits two ways: Online or by mail.To apply online please visit:

To apply by mail:
Obtain the form online:
1. Visit http://www.va.gov/vaforms/
2. Complete VA Form 28-1900.
3. Mail to the nearest VA Regional Office.
By phone:
You may also call the VA at 800-827-1000 and request that a VA Form 28-1900 be mailed to you.
