What is my status? / When do I begin class?

Classes are formed on a regular basis depending on a variety of factors to include budgeting, staffing, and amount of applicants who are completed with the application

Applications are the programs that you use to perform work on your computer. For example, Microsoft Word is an application that allows you to write letters and Microsoft Outlook is an application that lets your read and write Email messages. These applications are typically purchased separately from the operating system.'); return false">application
process.

Note:  Applicants are not slotted for any class until they have completely finished the admissions process.

Once you have completed the final steps of the admissions process you will receive an official welcome email from our Admissions department.  Please ensure your contact information remains current and up-to-date as when slotted for a class as this is the information we will be using to contact you for class placement.

If you have not received an official welcome email from the VBTC admissions office but have applied to one of our training programs chances are there may be one or two more items you still need to complete in the admissions process.

Please visit the following article:

Here you will find out how to log into AppTrac to verify steps that have been completed (and see what else you need to complete) as well as download your application checklist which will help guide you through the rest of the application process.
